Year 6 Moving On Arrangements
Students are admitted to Year 7 following application via the Hertfordshire County Council Admissions Arrangements. Applications should be made on line; please go to http://www.hertsdirect.org/services/edlearn/admissions/links/applyonline/ for more details.
In addition to our annual Open Evening, Year 6 students and their parents are very welcome to visit the school 'at work' - please ring 01992 581455 if you would like to arrange a tour; we hope that these opportunities to visit will help parents to decide on their choice of school.
Year 7 - 11 Admissions (including mid-year admissions)
If you are considering The Sele School for your child in Years 7 - 11 enquiries should be directed to Hertfordshire County Council who manage In-Year Admissions processes, please follow the link above.

SEND Admissions
Students with special educational needs and disabilities will be admitted to the school in accordance with the school’s admission rules. Students will be admitted on the basis that this school is the most appropriate provision regardless of whether or not they have a statement of special education need or an Education Health and Care Plan. Provision specific in statements/EHCP will be made by the school and, where appropriate, the Local Authority.
The school will seek to ensure that all placements are properly planned and any necessary support is in place to enable the best opportunity for each students’ success.
