Clubs, Activities and Courses at The Sele School
A wide variety of opportunities to take part in sports, arts and activities exist at The Sele School. Activities take place after school and/or at weekends and are run by the school working with our Selections Partners for Selections Courses, plus a variety of local community clubs and businesses.

Active East Herts
The Sele School is proud to work with Active East Herts to help promote good health and well-being in Sele Ward.
Bengeo Tigers

Carter School of Dance
Carter School of Dance offer a range of dance opportunities for students aged 3 years upwards. Further details of the classes offered can be found in the Selections Weekly Planner or by going to the website www.carterschoolofdance.co.uk
Carter School of Dance has partnered with The Sele School to offer after school Dance classes to Year 7 and 8 Students, plus Year 6 pupils from our nearest primary schools. The classes are funded by Opening Schools Facilities funding and are free to attend.
East Herts Boccia Stars
East Herts Boccia Stars hold sessions at The Sele School every Tuesday evening from 17.00 - 18.00. For details contact Rita Leader at bobandrita@ntlworld.com
East Herts Boccia Stars were the National League Silver medal winners 2022.

East Herts Gymnastics
East Herts Gymnastics Club has partnered with The Sele School to offer after school Dance classes to Year 7 and 8 Students, plus Year 6 pupils from our nearest primary schools. The classes are funded by Opening Schools Facilities funding and are free to attend.
Parents and carers of eligible children will be contacted direct via the school.
Green Arrow Cycling
Offering a mix of cycling activities for all ages and experience levels, Green Arrow runs a full programme of friendly weekly club runs taking in the lovely Hertfordshire countryside on the way to a half way cafe stop - some club runs are on road and some off road. Green Arrow also runs an annual Open Grass Track Event plus Youth cycling sessions during the Spring and Summer at The Sele School.

Mini Athletics
Mini Athletics is for children aged 2 - 7 years and is at The Sele School on Saturday mornings in term time, with three separate classes for ages 2 - 3.5 years, 3.5 - 5 years and 5 to 7 year olds.
