Pilates Classes from Selections
Stretch and strengthen as you correct and perfect
Selections Pilates Classes at The Sele School are the perfect way to unwind and relax while working to strengthen your core, lengthen and sculpt your muscles and improve your posture. This is a friendly and supportive class suitable for students aged over 18 years, of all abilities, taken by our experienced and qualified Pilates Tutor Dawn Benson.
A mat based session in which Dawn offers each exercise at several levels of difficulty and takes care to ensure each student works at the right pace for their abilities. Corrections are offered where needed to encourage students to master good technique and work with good form before moving to more advanced levels of practise.
Classes take place on Wednesday evenings 19.00 – 20.00 located in the Gymnasium. 
Payment of £6.00 per week is due in advance for the term or half term.

Autumn Term: 15 weeks in length from Wednesday 9 September to 17 December 2025. The cost for the full term is £90.00 or payment can be made in two instalments - please contact Sophie for details.
Spring Term: 11 weeks in length from Wednesday 7 January to 25 March 2026 (no class on 4 February). The cost for the full term is £66.00 or payment can be made in two instalments - please contact Sophie for details.
Summer Term: 14 weeks in length from Wednesday 15 April to 15 July 2026. The cost for the full term is £84.00 or payment can be made in two instalments - please contact Sophie for details.
If you are a new student please check for availability of places by contacting Sophie prior to your first class. If you would like to try the classes to see whether they are right for you we can offer 'pay as you go' for limited periods at a cost of £10.00 per class.
